U.S. Marshals search for KC Warren, a man who plowed his car through a group of people

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — U.S. Marshals are looking for 34-year-old KC Warren.

Eleven years ago, U.S. Marshals say Warren plowed his car through a large group of people near 37th and Garfield.  U.S. Marshals say multiple people were injured.

For the incident, Warren spent seven years in prison.  He was released on parole three years ago but disappeared in December.

Warren’s criminal history includes armed robberies, possession with intent to deliver, stolen vehicles and escaping from custody.

U.S. Marshals say he may be hiding out on the city’s north side.

KC Warren is 5’5” and weighs 175 pounds.  He’s had dreadlocks in the past.  U.S. Marshals say his right eye is crossed.  He has a tattoo of ‘LOVE MOM’ on his left arm and a six point star on his right arm.

Wanted: 17-year-old Angel Suarez sought by U.S. Marshals

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — U.S. Marshals are looking for 17-year-old Angel Suarez.

Suarez is charged in adult court with theft and first degree recklessly endangering safety.

U.S. Marshals say he stole a purse from a woman in a south side Laundromat.  A criminal complaint says the woman’s father chased after him and Suarez fired two shots at the man, missing both times.

U.S. Marshals say Suarez has a lengthy juvenile record.  They say he’s been on GPS monitoring twice, and violated both times.  The second time, Suarez cut his GPS bracelet off.  He hasn’t been seen by law enforcement since March.

U.S. Marshals believe Suarez is armed.  They say he goes by the nickname ‘Demon.’

Suarez is 5’5” and weighs 130 pounds.  He has tattoos including ‘Demon’ on his left forearm, the letters ‘ARS’ on his upper right arm, and the word ‘Wisdom’ on his right arm.  U.S. Marshals says he been at 7th and Burnham, 10th and Pierce and 6th and Beecher.

U.S. Marshals search for Alberto Rivera, wanted for questioning in shooting

WEST ALLIS (WITI) — U.S. Marshals and West Allis Police are looking for 36-year-old Alberto Rivera.

Rivera is wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting on April 8th at 57th and National.  West Allis Police say Rivera is a suspect.  He’s been charged with possession of a firearm by a felon for the incident.

Two people were shot during the incident.  One them died from his injuries.  West Allis Police say they have information Rivera was in a vehicle with the two victims before the shooting.

Rivera already spent 15 years of his life in prison for felony murder.  He was released on late 2013.

Gilbert Kerner is on the run, U.S. Marshals hope you can help locate him

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — U.S. Marshals are looking for 33-year-old Gilbert Kerner.

U.S. Marshals say Kerner is supposed to be under supervision and receiving drug treatment at a temporary living facility, but Kerner jumped out the window and ran away.

U.S. Marshals say Kerner’s criminal history is extensive and includes drug trafficking of heroin and cocaine and weapons offenses.  They say Kerner is also a member of the Latin Kings gang.

Kerner is 5’7” and weighs 148 pounds.  He has tattoos on the left side of his neck of ‘Soccoro,’ ‘Desiree’ and ‘Latin King.”  U.S. Marshals believe he is on Milwaukee’s south side or in West Allis.

U.S. Marshals on the hunt for shooting suspect Derrell Griffin

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — U.S. Marshals are looking for 25-year-old Derrell Griffin.

Griffin is charged with first degree reckless injury, use of a dangerous weapon.  A criminal complaint says he shot a man in the head, and the victim later identified Griffin as the suspect.

Prior to the incident, Griffin had no criminal record.

U.S. Marshals search for Bernard Jedkins, charged with distributing heroin

KENOSHA — U.S. Marshals are looking for 29-year-old Bernard Jedkins.

Jedkins is charged with distributing heroin.  U.S. Marshals say he belonged to a drug trafficking gang called ‘The Firm.’

In April, a major drug bust in Kenosha targeted ‘The Firm.’  More than 40 people have since been arrested and only a handful are still on the run.

U.S. Marshals believe Jedkins is somewhere near the Wisconsin-Illinois border.  He goes by the nickname ‘Big Country.’

U.S. Marshals search for Courtney Brown, charged with eluding arrest

WAUKESHA COUNTY — U.S. Marshals are looking for 35-year-old Courtney Brown.

Brown is charged with eluding arrest following an incident with Germantown Police in February 2014.

Germantown police say they pulled Brown over for speeding and smelled marijuana coming from his car.  Police say when they asked Brown to exit the vehicle, he sped off at a high rate of speed.  They say Brown crashed his car and ran away.

At the time of the incident, Brown was out on bond for a pending cocaine charge.

U.S. Marshals believe Brown is spending time near the boundaries of Milwaukee and Brown Deer, specifically Teutonia Avenue.

U.S. Marshals on the hunt for Jerrod Patterson, alleged member of ‘The Firm’

KENOSHA — U.S. Marshals are looking for 28-year-old Jerrod Patterson.

Patterson is charged with conspiracy to distribute.  U.S. Marshals says he’s been charged in connection with a widespread drug trafficking organization known as ‘The Firm.’

U.S. Marshals say that of ‘The Firm’s’ many conspirators, only a handful are still on the run.  Law enforcement says the organization allegedly sold drugs from Chicago to Milwaukee, with Kenosha as its main transport ground.

U.S. Marshals believe Patterson is bouncing back and forth between Kenosha and the northern Chicago suburbs.  They say Patterson is a member of the Gangster Disciples and has ‘The Firm’ tattooed on his right forearm.

The Drug Enforcement Administration has advised U.S. Marshals to approached Patterson with caution, because he is known to carry a firearm.

Patterson is 5’1” and weighs 200 pounds.  U.S. Marshals say he has connections to Kenosha, northern Illinois, and some northern suburbs in Lake County, Illinois.  Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call U.S. Marshals at 414-297-3707.


U.S. Marshals search for 24-year-old Devon Loggins, charged with double homicide

MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals are looking for 24-year-old Devon Loggins.

Loggins is charged with two counts of first degree reckless homicide, three counts of recklessly endangering safety and one count of felon in possession of a firearm.

Milwaukee Police say Loggins was involved in a shooting on May 1st at 37th and Nash that escalated from a family feud.  26-year-old Montrell Burdine and 25-year-old Damario Jones were killed, and three others were injured.

Milwaukee Police believe Loggins is somewhere on the city’s north side.  They say he may have cut his dreadlocks off, and may be armed.

Loggins is 5’9” and weighs 158 pounds.  He has a tattoo on his neck of ‘youngest1,’ a tattoo on his left arm of ‘savage,’ and a tattoo on his right arm of ‘spoiled.’  He goes by the nicknames ‘Uptown Von,’ ‘Von’ and ‘Von Von.’

CAPTURED: U.S. Marshals on the hunt for Derrick Cooper, person of interest in shooting

MILWAUKEE (WITI) —  U.S. Marshals are looking for 20-year-old Derrick Cooper.

Cooper was convicted of breaking into a home in 2012 and stealing a TV and video games.  When he was released on extended supervision, he disappeared.

U.S. Marshals say Cooper is also a person of interest in a November robbery on Milwaukee’s north side.  During the course of the robbery, the victim was shot.

Derrick Cooper is 5’1” and weighs 190 pounds.  He has strong ties to Milwaukee.

Charged with reckless homicide, U.S. Marshals on the hunt for Stephanie Chapman

OCONOMOWOC — U.S. Marshals are looking for 26-year-old Stephanie Chapman.

Chapman is charged with first degree reckless homicide, felony bail jumping and manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances.

U.S. Marshals says Chapman is charged with selling oxycodone to a 24-year-old Oconomowoc woman last year, which led to a fatal overdose.

This isn’t the first time U.S. Marshals have had to search for Chapman.  In March, they tracked her to a home in the village of Wales.  They say they found Chapman hiding in a crawl space near a basement furnace.

After her arrest by U.S. Marshals, Chapman was released on bail.  In May, she arrived for an appearance at the Waukesha County Courthouse and learned she was going back into custody for the homicide charge.  U.S. Marshals say Chapman distracted officials and walked out the doors of the courthouse.  She hasn’t been seen by law enforcement since.

Jody Wintheiser is the mother of the 24-year-old woman who died from the drug overdose.  She says Chapman was her daughter’s friend.

“I don’t want to see any more carnage.  If she’s loose, and if she’s in the same condition my daughter was in when she died, her safety could be at risk, too,” said Wintheiser.

Chapman is 5’10” and weighs 150 pounds.  She has had piercings on her face and is known to change her hair color.  U.S. Marshals say she has ties to Wales and Sullivan, also Jefferson, Dodge and Waukesha Counties.

U.S. Marshals looking for Billy Wilson, convicted of 1992 murder

MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals are looking for 40-year-old Billy Wilson.

Wilson was convicted of killing a man near 35th and Silver Spring back in 1992.  A criminal complaint says he fatally shot the man during an attempted robbery, as the victim tried to run away.

U.S. Marshals say Wilson served 18 years of a 25-year prison sentence.  He was released early for good behavior.  U.S. Marshals say Wilson has since disappeared and hasn’t been seen by his parole officer since 2014.

U.S. Marshals say Wilson was known to spend time on Milwaukee’s north side.

Wilson is 5’10” and weighs 270 pounds.  U.S. Marshals say he’s known to shave his head, and to wear a goatee or full beard.

U.S. Marshals looking for Francisco Chavez-Reynoso, charged with supplying drugs

MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals are looking for 35-year-old Francisco Chavez-Reynoso.

Reynoso is charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin and cocaine.  Law enforcement says he operated a drug house at Layton and Maple on Milwaukee’s south side.

U.S. Marshals say Reynoso supplied dealers with heroin and cocaine.  They believe he got his supply from Chicago through the Mexican cartel.

After police raided the Milwaukee house, Reynoso was arrested at his Green Bay home.  Despite being a Mexican citizen, he was released on bail and hasn’t been seen by law enforcement since.

Reynoso is 5’6” and weighs 180 pounds.  He has connections to Green Bay, Milwaukee’s south side, Chicago and Mexico.

U.S. Marshals on the hunt for Quintrell Taylor, wanted for armed robbery

MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals are looking for 18-year-old Quintrell Taylor.

Taylor is charged with 1st degree recklessly endangering safety and attempted armed robbery.

A criminal complaint says the victim was driving down an alley near 34th and Wright, when Taylor jumped into his car from the passenger side.  Police say Taylor had a semi-automatic handgun and demanded money.  When the victim refused, police say Taylor fired three shots, hitting the man in the leg.  Taylor exited the vehicle and the victim drove himself to the hospital.

U.S. Marshals believe Taylor is around Milwaukee’s north side.

Taylor is 5’8” and 135 pounds.  He has tattoos on his upper right and left arms and goes by the nickname ‘QT’ or ‘X QT.’

U.S. Marshals need your help in search for convicted drug dealer Justin Brown

MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals are looking for 31-year-old Justin Brown.

Brown spent five years in prison for conspiracy to distribute cocaine. He was released from prison on supervision but disappeared.

U.S. Marshals say Brown was once a member of the First and Keefe Vice Lords, a drug-selling gang.  In addition to dealing drugs, Brown also has a history of armed robbery, resisting arrest and brandishing a firearm.

Where Brown is staying and how he’s making money is a mystery to law enforcement. U.S. Marshals say he’s likely on Milwaukee’s north side.

Brown is 5’11” and weighs 155 pounds. He has several tattoos on his arms and neck, including ‘Jackie,’ ‘Rest in peace Bobby,’ and ‘C mao.’

Milwaukee police on the hunt for Roderick Leblanc, charged with July 4th murder

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee Police are looking for 21-year-old Roderick Leblanc.

Leblanc is charged with fatally shooting 31-year-old Mario Dancer at a 4th of July party.

A criminal complaint says a large group of family and friends had gathered outside a home on West Glen Avenue on the city’s northwest side. People were lighting off fireworks when witnesses say Leblanc shot Dancer at close range in his temple. Witnesses say the two men had been arguing.

Leblanc hasn’t been seen by law enforcement since July 4th. His brother, 25-year-old Dumar Leblanc, is charged with battering and threatening a witness on the scene. Dumar Leblanc has been arrested.

Police believe Roderick Leblanc is somewhere on the city’s north side, possibly homeless or bouncing from place to place. Leblanc is considered dangerous.

Wanted for role in shooting, U.S. Marshals trying to track down Deandrae Hudson

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 24-year-old Deandrae Hudson.

Hudson is charged with first degree reckless injury as party to a crime. U.S. Marshals say in 2010, Hudson provided the gun used in a shooting.

A criminal complaint says Hudson knew the victim from his time in juvenile corrections. The man was shot three times at 29th and Fond du lac outside a smoke shop. The criminal complaint says Hudson handed a gun to an accomplice who fired the shots. The victim survived.

U.S. Marshals say there wasn't enough evidence to convict Hudson or his accomplice at the time. Hudson's alleged accomplice, Rayshawn Williams, is already in prison.

U.S. Marshals say Hudson has tied to Milwaukee's north and south sides, and to the Sheboygan area.

Hudson is 5'8'' and weighs 148 pounds. He has tattoos of 'Dee' on his left and right wrists, and a tattoo of dice and money on his left arm.

U.S. Marshals search for Rose Prescott; say her child may be in danger

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 36-year-old Rose Prescott. They say Prescott likely has a one-and-a-half year old child with her.

Prescott hasn't seen her parole officer since November. She's required to meet with her parole officer as part of her criminal sentence for child neglect which resulted in two infant deaths.

In April 2008, Milwaukee police responded to Prescott's home at 24th and Burleigh for a co-sleeping death. Police say Prescott admitted to having a drink and sleeping with her baby on a mattress.  The baby was two months old.

In March 2009, police were called again to Prescott's home at 29th and Chambers. Her baby had suffocated while sleeping on a couch. She was just six days old. U.S. Marshals say Prescott was intoxicated when she picked her kids up from daycare that night.

U.S. Marshals say Prescott has an alcohol problem and is likely on Milwaukee's north side. They say it's possible she's with her baby's father, Eric Brown.

U.S. Marshals say their top concern is the safety of her child.

Prescott is 5'6'' and weighs 180 pounds. She has RIP tattoos on her upper right and left arms with the names of her deceased babies. She also has a tattoo of 'Toby Rose' on her right forearm in the shape of a cross. Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call U.S. Marshals at 414-297-3707.

U.S. Marshals search for “known drug dealer,” Devon Sheriff

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 26-year-old Devon Sheriff.

U.S. Marshals say Sheriff is supposed to be under supervision for dealing cocaine but disappeared in April. He was convicted of dealing the drug in 2009.

In 2007, Sheriff was convicted of a hit and run and fleeing an officer in Milwaukee.

U.S. Marshals say he led police on a high-speed chase and hit a car at 7th and Locust. Sheriff continued his wild ride, crashing at Holton and Keefe. U.S. Marshals say he attempted to run but was apprehended.

U.S. Marshals suspect Sheriff is dealing drugs again.

Sheriff is 5'7'' and weighs 190 pounds. His tattoos include 'Sean' with a five-pointed star on his left arm, and 'Trap' with a dollar sign and '3' on his right arm. U.S. Marshals say he goes by the nickname 'D-ball' and may be in the area of 11th and Capitol.

Convicted of a brutal sexual assault in 1999, U.S. Marshals search for Jermaine Jones

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 35-year-old Jermaine Jones.

Jones is a registered sex offender. He was convicted of a brutal sexual assault in 1999.

U.S. Marshals say Jones and two accomplices raped a woman inside a home on Milwaukee's south side. Afterward, the woman had hot sauce, baby powder and lighter fluid poured on her body.  U.S. Marshals say the woman escaped to a bathroom and when Jones opened the door, she saw fires had been lit in her living room.

The woman was able to get out of the house alive. Jones was convicted and sent to prison. U.S. Marshals say he served nine years of a 15 year prison sentence.

U.S. Marshals say Jones has violated the rules of his supervision multiple times. In April, Jones went missing and hasn't been seen since.

Jermaine Jones is 5'7'' and weighs 200 pounds. He goes by the nickname 'Black Jones.' U.S. Marshals say he could be in the area of Teutonia and Capitol.
