Fugitive Willie Jordan, one of Wisconsin’s Most Wanted, captured in Louisiana

MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals on Wednesday, August 3rd announced the capture of Willie Jordan — one of Wisconsin’s Most Wanted.

Jordan has been charged out of Milwaukee County with one count of attempted first degree homicide, as party to a crime, one count of armed robbery as party to a crime, one count of false imprisonment as party to a crime and one count of distribution of heroin.

According to police reports, Jordan and two other suspects allegedly bound the victim by their hands and feet and punched, kicked, pistol whipped and burned them with a heated fork stating “let’s play tic tac toe.”

Jordan then allegedly injected the victim with a potentially lethal dose of heroin against their will and left them to die.

In July 2016, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force developed information that Jordan had fled Wisconsin in order to avoid apprehension.

On August 3rd, U.S. Marshals tracked Jordan to Tallulah, Louisiana, and he was subsequently taken into custody.

He is awaiting extradition to Wisconsin.


Felon attacks his girlfriend with a steak knife, U.S. Marshals seek Andre Body

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 24-year-old Andre Body.

Body is wanted on three charges stemming from an incident on September 12, 2015.

Marshals say Body attacked his girlfriend during an argument in an apartment on Fond du Lac Avenue.

Body is accused of punching his girlfriend in the face and stabbing her several times in the arm with a steak knife.

The victim's mother intervened and is credited for saving the young woman's life.

Marshals say the Milwaukee Police Department responded but Body fled the scene.  The convicted felon has a long criminal history including a lengthy juvenile record.

Body is 6'2" and weighs 225 pounds.   He's known to wear his hair in dreadlocks and has distinctive light grayish-brown eyes.   He also has a tattoo on his chest depicting praying hands.

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 49-year-old Willie Hannah.

Hannah is wanted for parole violations but the felon has a wrap sheet dating back thirty years.

In 2004 the convicted felon and sex offender was sentenced to nine years in prison for shooting at a man during an argument over a debt.

Agents say Hannah is violent and has a history being involved with guns.  He's been connected or suspected of being involved in several homicide investigations.  Hannah goes by the alias, "Dolla Bill."

Hannah is 6'0" and weighs 260 pounds.  He has a tattoo of a six-sided star on his upper-left shoulder indicating membership with the Gangster Disciples.

U.S. Marshals: Convicted sex offender going unchecked in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals are looking for 38-year-old Jermaine Zollicoffer.  The felon is wanted for sexually assaulting a minor and attempting to assault another.   Zollicoffer has a previous conviction which classifies him as a "sex offender."

Marshals say Zollicoffer has a long history of breaking the law.  In February he's accused of entering a home and touching a victim, then propositioning another minor for sex.

He is 6'2" and weighs 300 lbs.

"Zollie" is tattooed on his left hand.  He has two aliases: Pooka and Zolli.

Fugitive first: U.S. Marshals need your help in search for twin brothers

MILWAUKEE — It very well may be a Wisconsin's Most Wanted first!  U.S. Marshals are looking for twin brothers, Alexander and Andrew Crawford.

The 18-year-old brothers are wanted for armed robbery.  Agents say they approached a couple in a West Allis park, held an object against their back and demanded money.  The Crawford Brothers are originally from Milwaukee's south side.  Marshals say the young men have juvenile records but seem to be graduating to more serious adult crimes.

The brothers are fraternal twins and have several characteristics setting them apart.

Alexander has a smaller build.  He's 5'8" and weighs 130 pounds.  He also has a prominent neck tattoo of a red rose.

Andrew is larger.  He's 5'11" and weighs 180 pounds.  He has "Jesus" and "Loyalty" tattooed on his left arm.

Young woman faces long prison sentence: U.S. Marshals seek Ariella Webb

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 18-year-old Ariella Webb.

Webb is wanted as an accomplice to a violent attack on a Milwaukee woman in 2015.

Agents say Webb helped Willie Jordan break into his girlfriend's home last December.  Allegedly Jordan, Webb and a third accomplice tied up and tortured Jordan's girlfriend.  Agents say the attackers also injected the victim with a potentially lethal dose of heroin and leaving her to die.  A roommate later found the unresponsive victim.  Paramedics were able to save her life.

On August 3rd Marshals announced Willie Jordan was captured in Louisiana and now agents are focusing  on Webb.

Webb is wanted for attempted homicide, false imprisonment and armed robbery.

Webb is 5'2" and weighs 103 lbs.  "Ambitious" is tattooed on her left arm. "Free Yourself" is tattooed on her right arm.

Wanted: Milwaukee detectives seek Terry Strickland, shooter in double homicide

MILWAUKEE -- Homicide detectives are looking for 24-year-old Terry Strickland.

Strickland is wanted for fatally shooting two men on July 17, 2016. Police say a fight between a group of seven or eight men ended when Strickland started shooting near 26th and Hopkins on Milwaukee's north side.

Maurice Brown Jr. and Michael Reed were shot and died from their injuries.  Strickland has been charged with two counts of First Degree Intentional Homicide.  He may be hiding in Milwaukee or possibly Chicago.

Strickland is described by officials as being 6'2" tall and weighing roughly 240 pounds.

Wanted: Adrian Williams is a suspect in three separate shootings, all from the same day

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 35-year-old Adrian Williams.

Williams is wanted for breaking his parole agreement.  He's a felon who has served time for dealing cocaine.  Marshals say Williams is also a suspect in three shootings all happening on September 20th, 2016.

Marshals consider Williams armed and dangerous.

Williams is 5'11" and weighs 170 pounds.  "Ace" is tattooed on his lower left arm.  It's also an alias.

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 29-year-old Darrin Whitmore.

Whitmore is wanted for parole violations.  Agents say the Milwaukee man has been breaking the law for more than half his life.

He has been in custody for illegally possessing a weapon, battery, several instances of domestic violence, recklessly endangering safety, drug offenses, auto-theft, burglary, and gambling.  In the past he has also violated electronic monitoring and been arrested for disorderly conduct.

Agents say Whitmore is likely armed and moving around Milwaukee's north side.  Agents consider Whitmore dangerous and unpredictable.

Darrin Whitmore is 6'5" tall and weighs 250 lbs.  The felon has multiple tattoos.  A sun, moon, and rosary are depicted on his left arm.  He also has a tattoo of praying hands on his left arm.   His left hand says "achieve" with flames.

That’s his real name! U.S. Marshals seek shooting suspect “Romance X. Gunn”

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 22-year-old Romance X. Gunn.  That's his name.  Honest.

Gunn is wanted for a robbery and shooting from earlier this year.  Agents say in July, Gunn was playing dice with two other men in Sherman Park.  Upset by his bad luck agents say Gunn demanded money from the winner, eventually producing a gun and shooting the man in the leg.  It was over a matter of $10. The victim survived and authorities have been after Gunn ever since.  Gunn is a convicted felon and wanted for the robbery and shooting.

Marshals say Gunn has several prominent tattoos including "Money Man" written across his chest.  A clown face is tattooed on his left arm.  He also has a cross tattooed on his right arm.

Gunn is 5'9" and weighs 135 pounds.  He may have dreadlocks.

U.S. Marshals: 2 men were targeted, but 2 females ended up the victims

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 24-year-old Abrian Woodall.

Marshals say Woodall is wanted for shooting two people including a young child.  Agents say Woodall and another suspect intended to shoot two men but when opening fire  struck an adult female and a female child.  No one else was injured.

The victims were taken to a hospital and recovered from their wounds.  Woodall left the scene before police arrived and remains at large.

Agents say it has been difficult tracking Woodall because there isn't a lot of information about him in the criminal justice system.  Woodall does not have any serious charges or convictions to speak of.

The incident occurred in June 2016 in the neighborhood near 38th and Fairmount. A group of people were gathered in front of a home.

U.S. Marshals consider Abrian Woodall dangerous and encourage anyone with information to come forward.

U.S. Marshals: Lifelong friendship ends in fatal shooting on Milwaukee streets

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 33-year-old Eric Bills.  He's a convicted felon wanted for murder.

Agents say Bills was arguing with a friend in the street near Townsend and N.37th Street.  Witnesses say the argument escalated from shouting, to shoving to gun shots.  Agents say the fight was over a "personal" issue.  Eventually witnesses say Bills pulled out a gun and fired several times striking 36-year-old Jamell McMillan.

McMillan was taken to the hospital and later died.  Bills left the scene but now a charge of first degree reckless homicide follows him wherever he goes.

McMillan is 5'7" and weighs 170 lbs. He has short dark hair and brown eyes.  Agents say the two men grew up in the same neighborhood a few blocks away from where one life ended and the other changed forever.

Abusive to women, U.S. Marshals seek 39-year-old Shawntell Wiley

MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals are looking for 39-year-old Shawntell Wiley.  The convicted felon is wanted for breaking his parole.

Agents says Wiley has an extensive arrest record including several charges for battery.  Marshals say, over and again he's been accused of beating his girlfriends or former love interests.  In fact, agents describe one instance where Wiley tracked down an ex-girlfriend and broke down her front door knowing she was inside.  To make matters worse, Wiley by his own admission routinely carries a gun for protection.

Shawntell Wiley is 5'8" and 210 lbs.  He has short dark hair and brown eyes.  Wiley is also left-handed.

Felon tried to run over police officer, U.S. Marshals after Steve D. Young

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 28-year-old Steve D. Young.

Young is a Milwaukee man with a long criminal past.  Agents say he has more than ten adult convictions and currently wanted for several more felony charges.  In April of 2016 Young was charged with possessing heroin with intent to deliver.  Young is also wanted for eluding officers and recklessly endangering safety for an incident in West Allis where he failed to obey police orders, and allegedly driving toward an officer.

Young is believed to be a member of an "up-and-coming" gang known as the "Blessed Team."  In fact, those words are tattooed on his right hand.  Young also has a noticeable scar across his neck.

Agents say Young is a drug runner and most likely a drug user.  He is considered dangerous and may be armed.

Milwaukee man and member of the Latin Kings wanted by U.S. Marshals

MILWAUKEE -- Authorities need your help finding 31-year-old Damian Carmona.

Carmona is a lifelong resident of Milwaukee's south side and has been in-and-out of custody since he was a juvenile.  The convicted felon has been arrested for crimes including assault and illegally possessing a firearm.  U.S. Marshals say he has a history of abusing the mother of his children.

Carmona is 5' 11" and weighs 200 pounds.  Police records describe Carmona have many tattoos across his body, arms and hands. "Valor" and "Alba" are reportedly tattooed on his neck. He also has an Aztec calendar face tattooed on his left hand.  Agents are warning the general public to keep their distance from Carmona.  He is also a known member of the Latin Kings gang.

“Unpredictable and violent:” U.S. Marshals need your help finding Darwin Horton

MILWAUKEE-- U.S. Marshals are trying to bring in 33-year-old Darwin Horton.

Horton is a life-long criminal from Milwaukee. In 2001, he was arrested for a series of armed robberies.  In one instance, he robbed a woman and her son with a sawed-off shotgun. He also took the victim's car.  Court records show Horton was charged with robbing two women at gunpoint.

Horton served 10 years in prison for the robberies and was paroled in 2011, but agents say he again involved himself in criminal activity.  A warrant for his arrest was issued in 2015 and Horton has been laying low ever since.

Agents say he has family in Milwaukee and believe he's still in the area.

Horton is a tall, thin man, 6' 4" and weighs 150 lbs.  Horton has several prominent tattoos including dollars inked across his neck and chest and a Brewers glove on the right side of his neck.

Wanted for human trafficking: Kevin Robinson is running from U.S. Marshals

MILWAUKEE -- Agents with the U.S. Marshals office say 26-year-old Kevin Robinson was running an illegal prostitution network throughout Wisconsin.

After a joint investigation involving federal, state and Milwaukee agencies Robinson was formally charged.It's believed Robinson befriended vulnerable, young woman across the state and then manipulated and sometimes threatened them to perform sex acts with clients he solicited.

Agents say through interviews with victims it's believed Robinson was becoming increasingly aggressive toward the women in his network.  Some victims described fearing retribution if they didn't do what Robinson commanded.

Charges against Robinson were brought in October 2016. Since then, he has been laying low. Robinson may have family or friends in the Houston area but continues to have family and acquaintances in Wisconsin.

Robinson is 5'11" and weighs 180 lbs.  He has a muscular build and dresses in new and sometimes "flashy" clothes.

He shot at his own girlfriend but missed, U.S. Marshals seek Arron Bowens

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for a young men with an extensive criminal record. 25-year-old Arron Bowens is wanted for shooting at his live-in girlfriend after she apparently smashed up his car.

Agents say it happened on January 17th near 40th and Locust. The woman reportedly went to the residence she shared with Bowens, but couldn't get in the home.

The woman knocked on the door for several minutes without an answer.

Bowen's car was parked out front however, and that's when the woman admitted to busting out the windows. As she went to leave in her own car, agents say Bowens emerged from the home with pistol in hand. He fired several shots at his girlfriend striking the car three times.

The woman was uninjured and ran from the scene flagging down a pair of Milwaukee Police officers.

Bowens is described as a male, black, 5'7" tall and weighing about 150 pounds. He is a convicted felon with prior arrests for possessing a firearm, drug possession and domestic violence.

U.S. Marshals say Ferris Booker steals your car, then holds it for ransom

MILWAUKEE-- U.S. Marshals are after 22-year-old Ferris Booker. The Milwaukee man is said to not only steal cars, but offer them back to their owners for a price. Here's the thing, when the victim meets to exchange cash for keys Booker draws a gun.

In June 2016, agents say Booker stole a car and then offered it back to the owner for $150 dollars. He set a time and place, but the victim brought several family members to the exchange. Agents say the interaction ended with Booker shooting a man in the leg and fleeing the scene.

In another con, agents say Booker met a victim to collect $600 in exchange for the stolen car. In that instance, agents believe Booker struck the victim with his gun, took the cash and kept the car.

Booker has been formerly charged with first degree recklessly endangering safety and felon in possession of a firearm.

Ferris Booker is 5'10" and weighs 175 lbs. He wears his hair in braids or dreadlocks. "Paper" is tattooed on his right hand and "Chaser" is inked on his left.

His victim was asleep: U.S. Marshals need help to track down Alfonso Balboa

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals say 43-year-old Alfonso Balboa has been hiding out in Milwaukee for several years since breaking the rules of his parole. In that time, agents say he committed another crime, sexually assaulting a sleeping person in a residence on the city's south side.

Agents say Balboa has been able to lay low with the help of an extensive network of family and friends. Agents say they have made contact with relatives and associates on several occasions but apparently no one close to the convicted felon is willing to give him up. That's why authorities are hoping someone recognizes him and calls in an anonymous tip.

Balboa is described as being 5'11" tall and weighing 230 lbs. His nickname is "Curly."
