Captured: U.S. Marshals say Demond Robinson is “someone who has total disregard for the law”

MILWAUKEE -- Handcuffs are no stranger to the hands of Demond Robinson, 34, also known as “D-Low” in the street. He’s been arrested 24 times since 2001. Agents describe him as “someone who has total disregard for the law.”

In a city as large as Milwaukee tracking Robinson's movements has not been easy. But the tattoos on his body make him easier to spot. The name “Janice” inked on his body…the phrase "1 and only" on his neck and a distinct quote on his arm… “Me against the world”

U.S. Marshals say Robinson is wanted for possession of a firearm by a felon. In September 2014, he was stopped near North 20th street. The temporary registration plates on the car he was a passenger of were illegible. A search of the vehicle found a stolen 9 mm semi-automatic hand gun loaded with 12 hollow-point, unfired cartridges.  A check of the serial number on the weapon revealed it was stolen.

Robinson was found guilty in Milwaukee County Circuit Court. He was out on bail, and was ordered to appear for sentencing on November 20, 2015. But he never showed up. He has not been seen since.

Robinson’s strong gang affiliation with the “Uptown Four Boys” may be why several past attempts to get him behind bars were unsuccessful. The gang has a reputation for violent crimes. Witnesses to his alleged crimes are often uncooperative. He has five prior drug offense convictions (cocaine and marijuana)

Robinson is considered dangerous. Authorities believe he is hiding somewhere closer to the north side of Milwaukee. They are asking those who know of his whereabouts help bring him to justice. Call 414-297-3707 if you have information that can help investigators.

Days after he was profiled by FOX6, a tip from the community helped capture Robinson. He was hiding in a home on 35th and Hampton.

U.S. Marshals say Lamont Smith has a pattern of “unpredictable behavior”

MILWAUKEE -- A look back at the life of 64-year-old Lamont Smith begins in Chicago, Illinois. Agents describe him as a career criminal with a pattern of what agents call “unpredictable behavior” that began in 1971, when Smith was 19.

Smith's crimes ranged from aggravated battery, armed robbery and rape. In 1983, his backdrop would no longer be the windy city but a prison cell. He was convicted of rape/armed robbery/home invasion. He was sentenced to 27 years behind bars. Smith was on parole in 1996 then discharged in 2001.

That year Smith traveled to Milwaukee for a funeral. His impulses soon lead him to commit a December armed robbery at a store on 52nd and center. He implied he has a weapon and demanded a worker follow him in the back room.

Smith asked her if she “liked her life” and again implied he had a weapon behind his back. He injured the employee when she tried to call 911. Smith took off with an unknown amount of cash inside the victim’s purse. He was later caught and sentenced to serve 13 years in prison and was also given 12 years of extended supervision. In 2014, he was released on parole.

Agents say he stopped reporting to his parole officer in early 2017. His activities are now unknown. Because of his criminal past Marshals say he is danger to the general public.

  • Height: 5'8"
  • Weight:180 lbs.
  • Date of warrant: 3/10/17

All known addresses have been checked with negative results.

Agents say their priority is the safety of civilians, but they also want to keep those repaying their debts to society on the right tracks of justice.

Anyone with information is asked to call U.S. Marshals at 414-297-3707.

U.S. Marshals say Davonte Harris, who walked away from job site, is “armed and dangerous”

MILWAUKEE -- Agents say Davonte Harris, 25, is gambling with his future after he escaped from his work release job site in early January.

U.S. Marshals say he is "more than likely armed and dangerous." Milwaukee County has filed formal felony escape charges against him.

Harris was serving a prison sentence for a 2012 New Year’s Eve armed robbery at a strip mall on Capitol Drive. The victim had a concealed carry permit, and the two exchanged gunfire. Harris nearly lost his life.

“He suffered severe injuries. You would think it would have had him change his ways,” the agent on the case explained.

In prison, he had earned the privilege to move from a maximum security prison to a minimum security center on work release. But in January of 2017, he pushed his luck yet again. Just weeks before he was to be out on parole, he escaped from his job site. Agents believe his gang associates are hiding him and family is well aware that he’s wanted by authorities.

“Talk to him. It's only going to get worse the longer he stays out,” the agent said.

Harris stands 5'7" tall and weighs 148 pounds. He has several distinct tattoos, with one reading: "Come get it," and another picturing an eagle with a five pointed crown, along with the letters "HPT" -- representing the gang he's associated with. He also has a four-inch scar on his right shoulder.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 414-297-3707.

MILWAUKEE — The next time you head to the barber, you may want to double-check who’s cutting your hair. According to U.S. Marshals, one of Wisconsin’s Most Wanted is a Milwaukee outlaw — a man you could say is running with scissors.

35-year-old Jamell Sanford is known to many as a barber.

“He’s known to frequent certain salons. He is a barber. That was actually where he was identified and where police actually made contact with him and where he took off from police,” the agent working on his case told FOX6.

He may often not use his real name when he is seeking work.

Sanford stands 5’7” tall, weighs 200 pounds and has tattoos on both his right and left shoulders.

He’s wanted for multiple offenses since 2014 that occurred on N. 39th Street near the Washington Park neighborhood.

“Drug dealing. He has a warrant from the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s [Office] for felony possession of a firearm and possession with intent to deliver cocaine,” the agent explained.

The most scathing allegation against Sanford happened less than a month ago.

“First degree sexual assault and armed robbery” the agent said.

Not much can be publicly said about the sexual assault charge as the investigation is ongoing.

Sanford’s family is reportedly well aware he’s wanted. If you come across him, you’re asked to use caution as agents considered him armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information as to Sanford’s whereabouts is asked to call: 414-297-3707.

MILWAUKEE-- An outlaw known for drug dealing, gun possession and mental illness may be hiding in a Milwaukee neighborhood.

EC Banks, 36, is wanted for violating his federal parole.

“He was originally sentenced to 7 years for felony possession of a firearm,” the agent investigating his case said.

Agents say he's failed and missed mandatory drug tests, he was uncooperative in 2016 and finally stopped checking in.

But what's most concerning is that Banks struggles with mental illness. He’s also failed to check into mandatory counseling and behavioral treatment.

"When he's not getting help he's using drugs; he can get violent with family," the agent said. "He's had a couple of misdemeanor assaults I believe."

Here’s a description of Banks:

  • Height 6 foot 3
  • Weight 200lbs
  • Noticeable tattoos on both arms and on his left leg.

Agents believe he is taking shelter with family who live in various Milwaukee neighborhoods. They are well aware he is wanted by authorities.

"Someone who has drug issues and mental health issues are very unpredictable,” the agent says. “He attacks his own family members, someone on the street or a stranger, why would he care if he hurts them even more.”

U.S. Marshals arrested Dwayne Chaney with assistance from the Milwaukee Police Department and the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office. He had been on the run for the past two years.

Police presence near 6th & Vienna, Milwaukee

Chaney was wanted by police detectives for the shooting death of Milwaukee resident Michael Prescott in November 2015. Prescott was shot and killed while outside a friend’s home near 12th and Reservoir.

Michael Prescott

Prosecutors say Chaney's ex-girlfriend witnessed him approaching the car Prescott was sitting in -- and then shooting him. It is believed Chaney was jealous that Prescott was dating his ex-girlfriend.

The victim's family has been grieving since.

"The pain has never stopped; it's never gone away," said Rosslind Prescott-McLinton, Prescott's mother.

RACINE -- A dispute between two individuals turned deadly in early May, and now, U.S. Marshals hope you can help them find one of Wisconsin's Most Wanted.

"Dominique Knight got into an argument with a man on his front porch. He ended up shooting the man in the head and killing them,” the agent on his case said.

U.S Marshals say 25-year-old Dominique Knight ended the life of 20-year-old Harry Canady Jr.

Knight did not have a pattern of violent behavior in his criminal record, which is why agents find this twist in behavior shocking.

"It's kind of one of our rare occasions. It's a guy that didn't really have a large criminal history," the agent on his case explained. "He had some bail jumpings from some small drug cases in the past. All of a sudden this homicide happened. This is a large leap from what his criminal history has been."

Knight goes by the alias "D-Knight."

He’s described as 5'11" tall, and 240 pounds. He has tattoos on his left and right arm. On his left arm are the words "Sherry," "Londyn," and "Money" on his left forearm. On his right arm are the words "Desire," "Son" and on his right forearm, the word "Get."

It’s safe to say anyone in southeastern Wisconsin should take a good look at his mug shot.

U.S. Marshals say Knight has an extensive network of family who may be hiding him. He is considered armed and dangerous. You are advised not to approach him.

MILWAUKEE -- U.S Marshals are seeking out three sex offenders who may be hiding out at opposite ends of the city. Their crimes are unrelated to one another but they range from taking the innocence of a child to soliciting a women into prostitution.

The first fugitive wanted by agents is 50-year-old Fabian Ruiz also known as “Manuel Ruiz”. He was charged and convicted in 2004 with 3rd degree sexual assault. His criminal history is filled with domestic violence, battery, burglary and narcotics.

"It seems he takes his anger out on females,” the agent on his case said.

Even with this history, Ruiz is married and is believed to be seeking refuge among a large network of family in the South side of Milwaukee.

  • Height: 6’01”
  • Weight: 245 lbs.

  • Height: 6’02”
  • Weight: 320 lbs.
  • Tattoos “B” on upper arm.

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals describe him as unpredictable, violent and a danger to the public. Demoyne Davis, 24, has served four years behind bars but disappeared during his supervised release.

"He thinks he's invincible and that the victims are not going to fight back," the agent working on his case said.

During his supervised release, Davis became one of two suspects in an April armed robbery at Badger Auto Sales. A couple trying to buy a new car was robbed at gunpoint of the cash they wanted to spend on a new car. Surveillance video caught Davis taking part in the crime.

"He's more than likely armed and his behavior hasn't changed even though he spent four years in prison," the agent explained.

Davis landed behind prison walls for his role in an attempted armed robbery in October 2011. Prosecutors say a victim told police he was walking through the park near 14th and Chambers when he was robbed at gunpoint. Davis was found to have a weapon on him.

Just a few days prior to the armed robbery, Davis and his associate approached a man outside a north side church. This time, the victim challenged them and was shot once in the upper chest. He survived. The victim only had $2.75 in his pockets.

A source tells agent’s Davis has cut his hair since he disappeared in May.

Authorities are asking for any information that could lead to an arrest.

"He's unpredictable. He almost gets his thrills out of knowing he has a firearm and can rob someone and intimidate them with that weapon," the agent on his case said.

If you have information that could help Marshals track Davis down, you're encouraged to contact the tip line at 414-297-3707. You will remain anonymous.

He stands 5’7” tall, weighs 200 pounds and has tattoos on both his right and left shoulders. He too is believed to have fled the state.

Jaylind Newell

MILWAUKEE -- One fingerprint at a crime scene gave away the lead suspect in a murder investigation. Now, U.S. Marshals are hoping viewers can help track down where 20-year-old Jaylind Newell is.

It’s a unique pattern of lines that can give away where you've been...

"He discharged his firearm and killed another individual and has to be brought to justice,” the agent on Newell's case said.

U.S. Marshals say Newell left his mark at a crime scene last fall.

Prosecutors say that on October 9th of 2016, Newell recklessly shot another person near 27th and Roosevelt on Milwaukee’s north side.

“He shot an individual three times in the chest with a 40 caliber,” he said.

When police arrived the victim was dead, covered in blood. Three separate gunshots caused multiple injuries to his lungs and heart.

Investigators recovered shell casings and a black hair pick next to the victim's body.

Further investigation revealed that the victim and Newell knew each other and were passengers inside a Mercury Cougar. Prosecutors say when they stepped out of the car, Newell shot the victim and went through his pockets before leaving the scene. But print examiners say Newell left something behind, a fingerprint from his left middle finger on the victim's hair pick.

"Jaylind Newell is relatively young he doesn't have an extensive criminal history,” the agent explained. "one descriptor he has on his forearm is a tattoo that says problem child."

Authorities say he's on the run hiding out somewhere in the north side of Milwaukee.

Agents know where he's been but with viewers help we may know where he's going.

MILWAUKEE COUNTY -- Four men on the wrong side of the law all have been convicted as a sex offender in Milwaukee County. More than one is labeled as homeless and have cut off their GPS monitoring devices.

Brenson Parks

We start with Brenson Parks, a man who has a history of armed robbery, domestic violence and sexual assault.

"He has to register as a sex offender because of an incident where he was convicted of sexual assault of a child back in the late 80s,” the U.S. Marshal on his case said.

Parks violated the conditions of his parole in November of 2016, and he has yet to register as a sex offender. He's not being supervised and he has a temper and an anger issue.

Officials say Parks has an artificial glass eye, and a tattoo on his left and right arm with the letter "B." He's believed to still be in the Milwaukee area.

Bobby McChriston

Next, is Bobby McChriston who is now considered a homeless sex offender. U.S. Marshals say he's cut off his GPS monitoring device.

“Due to the fact that he hasn't registered now as a sex offender which is a requirement of his conviction,” the agent said.

McChriston was convicted for sexual assault of a child -- authorities say the victim was 11-years-old.

“He's not being monitored which makes him a severe risk to the community,” the agent explained.

Sydney Wyatt

Next is Sydney Wyatt -- also a sex offender. Agents say in 2001, Wyatt was convicted of sexual assault of a child. His victim was 12-years-old.

“He's also considered a homeless sex offender because any residence he proposed did not comply with Milwaukee’s sex registry," said the agent.

Wyatt's warrant was issued in May, when he cut off his GPS monitoring device. You may recognize him by the scar on his left eye brow and the birthmark on his nose.

“The warrant's not going to go away and these guys need to know even though they are considered homeless they have the option of turning themselves in and that`s going to look better for them," said the agent.

Joseph Harbour

Lastly, agents are looking for Joseph Harbour, a man who has connections across the City of Milwaukee.

“He was placed on a GPS tracker within day of his release from prison he cut his bracelet off," the agent said.

Harbour goes by the nicknames of "JOJO" and "NUNU." He has scars on his body from previous gunshot wounds. He's also considered homeless.

“They do serve a risk to the community they're not being monitored they should be monitored,” agents say.

Agents say with your help these four men can get back on the right side of the law.

If you have information that could help Marshals track these suspects down, you're encouraged to contact the tip line at 414-297-3707. You will remain anonymous.

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals say 20-year-old Ekeyra Linsy is wanted for a string of serious retail thefts. The latest incident happened at Brookfield Square Mall.

Agents say surveillance video in March 2016 captured Linsy and an accomplice walking into a Victoria’s Secret store. Employees saw them grab a handful of clothing and leave the store without paying. Police say the merchandise was valued between $800 and $1,000.

“As this took place, Ms. Linsy’s accomplice pulled out a stun gun, and threatened the store employee with violence. The store employee did the right thing. They disengaged from the situation,” the agent said.

An off-duty Brookfield police officer happened to watch the events unfold and managed to capture information on the getaway car -- which turned out to be stolen.

“The City of Brookfield did learn who Ms. Linsy and her accomplice was. They were able to take her accomplice into custody,” the agent said.

Further investigation found the two women were already under investigation by Glendale police for a similar crime at Bayshore Town Center. U.S. Marshals say both suspects were selling various stolen items on Facebook.

Linsy is also known for driving stolen cars. Glendale and Brown Deer police have issued warrants for her arrest.

Linsy managed to go under the radar until November 2016 when she was stopped and detained by Las Vegas police. The agreement was that Linsy would be allowed to fly back to Milwaukee, but she would have to immediately report to Waukesha County court. She never did.

“The ball right now is in her court,” the agent explained. “She can do the right thing. She can call us call the U.S. Marshals office and say, 'Hey, I need to turn myself in.'”

Linsy's mother is well aware she’s wanted. When agents stopped by her home, she told them “she can’t control what her daughter does.”

Now, investigators are turning to FOX6 News viewers to send tips on her whereabouts and hold her accountable for her actions. If you have information that could help U.S. Marshals, you're urged to call 414-297-3707.

“If he wants something, if he wants your vehicle, if he wants your money, he is going to take it,” the agent explained.

The crime that landed him behind bars was a burglary case from October of 2012.

Smith and another individual stole two flat screen televisions from a home near 37th and West Clarke Street. Prosecutors say Smith admitted to going into the home because there was suspicion the victim stole drugs, guns and money from his brother.

During his interview with police, Smith gave a glimpse at the violence in his life -- admitting that he's been both shot at and shot before.

He told police that if he's going to shoot someone it's going to be "two to the head" because “a dead man wouldn't be saying anything."

Smith’s last known address is near West Courtland and Beckett Avenues.

He proudly boasts his gang affiliation on his body two tattoos say the word 'hot' which is short for the gang 'hot boys'

“He's a dangerous individual,” the agent said.

If you know of Smith's whereabouts, you're asked to call authorities at 414-297-3707.
